　　Overview:

　　As a Data Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data solutions to facilitate ad-hoc analysis, supporting key business decision-making processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, data analysts, business analysts, and stakeholders is essential to understand data requirements and create scalable and efficient data models and reporting systems. This role requires a focus on delivering business value through effective data pipeline orchestration, ensuring data quality, and implementing governance policies and standards. Building global relationships and networking to meet the needs of internal and external customers and vendors will be a key aspect of the position.

　　Daily Tasks:

　　Develop and promote cloud data strategy architecture methodologies and standards.

　　Conduct innovation activities in data to sense, study, test, and implement new technologies.

　　Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and deliver data architecture models.

　　Deliver business value through high-performant and well-timed data pipeline orchestration, data governance, data quality, broader data accessibility, and governance policies standards.

　　Build NA global relationships and network to achieve trust and credibility by discovering and meeting the needs of internal and external customers and vendors.

　　Requirements

　　Required Skills:

　　7 years of progressive experience in data management leading teams as a data or information architect.

　　Advanced knowledge of designing, working with multi-dimensional mining, transactional data, and strategies that drive business.

　　Hands-on experience with data architecting, data mining, large-scale data modeling, and business requirements gathering/analysis.

　　Team player/collaborator with the ability to build relations with customers and team members, earning trust and creating influence to meet tactical or strategic objectives.

　　Strong oral verbal communication/presentation skills.

　　Strong understanding of relational data structures theories, principles, and practices.

　　Experience in enterprise information life cycle management, including enterprise repository tools, data modeling, mapping, profiling, quality, and master data management practices.

　　Experience with database platforms, including DB2, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, MongoDB, etc.

　　Knowledge of cloud-based technology, including cloud connectivity options, data storage options (S3, Glacier, data lakes, etc.), master data management, data cataloging, cloud warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, etc.), cloud ETL/ELT tools, cloud streaming options (Kinesis, Kafka, etc.), cloud databases (RDS, DynamoDB, etc.), data search options, and cloud/on-prem BI products (Power BI, Tableau, BO, etc.).

　　Working knowledge of Big Data platforms, technologies, and processes, including cloud big data products like EMR, Glue, etc.

　　Working knowledge of advanced data analytics AI/ML.

　　Good knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
