　　Your key responsibilities

　　Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process

　　Keep customer requirements updated in our system.

　　Build an intimate relationship with DSM-Firmenich customers & internal stakehorlders

　　Provide regular reports, information to stakeholders

　　Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary

　　Manage daily escalations & issues

　　You bring

　　Graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics.

　　Minimum of 3/5 years’ experience related experience

　　You have an Advanced level of English. French & Spanish nice to have.

　　Absolute customer focus

　　Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.

　　Excellent communication skills and team spirit.

　　Knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP knowledge is a plus.
