Manage and develop strategicproduct sourcing, risk management and hedging activities of cocoaproduct procurement. Trade, negotiate, and close large and criticaldeals with multi-million EBIT impact. Generate business opportunitiesand manage relationships with raw material suppliers world-wide. Providerisk management expertise, including managing price risk and hedgingusing financial derivatives. Establish and execute sourcing strategies.Follow market conditions to identify arbitrage opportunities. DirectTrade Support Manager in providing market intelligence to developadditional sales and business. Partner with various departments toimprove purchasing practices and sourcing process. Lead complex globaltransformation projects for traceable cocoa product supply within aglobal team.

　　40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

　　MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

　　Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Finance, Marketing,Political Science, International Business, or a related field, and four(4) years of related work experience.

　　Must have four (4) years of experience with/in:

　　Trading physical commodities such as cocoa, coffee, or sugar inmultinational food company with P/L responsibility;

　　Negotiating large deals exceeding 10 million USD contract value;

　　Pricing cocoa or other products for strategic customers exceeding annualspend of 20 million USD;

　　Daily and monthly commodity position management in SAP;

　　Trading commodity futures for hedging, risk management, and marginenhancement with P/L responsibility;

　　Utilizing ICE Connect and Trading Technologies to do technical analysis,research prices, and order execution;

　　Performing demand and supply analysis using time series, regressionanalysis and statistical methods in STATA, Python, or MS Office toforecast prices of cocoa, coffee, sugar or similar commodities;

　　Understanding of cocoa production systems, global supply chain andregulatory frameworks; and

　　Applying knowledge of cocoa and chocolate industry to generate businessopportunities, formulate trading strategies and formulate sourcingstrategies.

　　Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week.

　　10% of regional and international travel required.
