You will conduct business systems needs analysis, formulateand define systems scope, specifications and objectives, conducttesting, implement and maintain systems, and provide recommendations.**This is a hybrid-remote position reporting to either the CedarRapids, IA or Madison, WI office. Candidates must reside in either Iowaor Wisconsin. Job Responsibilities: * Builds and maintains businesssystems using Agile principles and processes. * Relying on experienceand general direction from manager, ensures systems are operating asdesigned, evaluates system processes and procedures, evaluates requestsfor changes to the system, develops recommendations to solve problemsand issues related to business system operations, and makes decisionsinvolving detailed knowledge of operational issues. * Typically workson complex, new, and less defined initiatives to assess and refine userstories, collaborate with scrum teams and product owners on solutions,develop test plans, conduct testing, and implement systems and systemimprovements. * Voices customer requirements into user stories anddocuments using Agile tools. * Communicates with peers such that allstakeholders clearly understand user stories. * Assists service andproduct owners in communicating business system initiatives andimprovements. * Understands the business process and establishesstandard procedures to ensure business systems are executed at anacceptable level of quality. * Supports end users in developingmoderately complex reports and/or database queries and trains otheranalysts in the use of these tools. * Handles complex inquiriesregarding the technical aspects of business systems by aiding andcoordinating work with IT staff and other business units. * Developsand rolls out system application training for technical, departmental,and end users. * Develops business cases for capital projects. *Documents procedures and maintains corporate compliance with mandatedregulations by leading and in some cases owning the development *Supports on-call activities for system support needs. * Engages inother duties as needed that support Alliant Energy\'s Values and helpsdeliver on our Purpose to serve customers and build strongercommunities. Required Qualifications: * 5 years technical orprofessional experience. * Business analysis, requirements analysis,requirements management, program management, product management,software design, software development, software testing experiencerequired.
