The pay range is $67,600.00 - $121,700.00

　　A role with Space & Presentation means you're on a mission to create better store space and experiences for our guest while maximizing sales. We are responsible for ensuring the right item is on the right shelf in the right store. On the Space side, we do this by using analytics to determine the appropriate footage for each assortment for every store ("adjacency"). Each store's assortment is assigned to a planogram (POG) which is developed in Presentation to ensure the localized assortment meets presentation objectives and is associated to the correct location in a store. We believe that making increasingly better space allocation and presentation decisions will increase sales, improve guest satisfaction and reduce out-of-stocks. Here, you'll partner with and manage cross-functional project teams in Merchandising, Store Design, Store Operations and other partners from strategy to execution to achieve an inspiring and convenient in-store guest experience.

　　As a Senior Business Partner in Space & Presentation, you'll take the lead as you partner with merchandising leaders to define & execute the right space strategy to deliver business outcomes, optimizing Target's use of space in your division(s). You will leverage insights, analytics, and business context to assign the optimal space to your categories in new & remodeling (NSR) stores, and in planned space moves or special projects. You will serve as project manager, leading your cross-functional and global team from strategy alignment through execution - ensuring outcomes support business goals. You will act as the business unit leader for your division's Space & Presentation global team (US + India), setting short- and long-term priorities, ensuring alignment, driving clear communication, and contributing to your team's development. You will maintain clear adjacency strategy documentation to support accurate & efficient work across the team. This role specifically supports the Decorative Home division.

　　• Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with drive and accountability

　　• 1+ years of Merchandising Space experience preferred

　　This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Headquarter location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
