　　Job Overview

　　The Senior Business Analyst / Developer is a Member of Sensors Global Integrated Supply Chain Organization, ERP, and Business Process Transformation Team.

　　They analyze business challenges and opportunities to optimize E2E Supply Chain performance, aligned with strategic objectives. They define, develop test, and deliver world-class innovative, reliable, scalable solutions, applications, and tools to enable automation, process efficiency, insightful, actionable analytics, and informed decision-making.

　　What your background should look like:

　　Education:

　　Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or other appropriate field with 12 or more years relevant experience; or Master's degree with 10 or more years of experience, or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent.

　　Project Management qualifications and/or experience are a plus.

　　Experience:

　　10+ years of breadth and depth of knowledge and experience of Integrated Supply Chain processes and business challenges and a track record of successfully developing automated analytical tools and reporting and executing projects to improve E2E Supply Chain performance is required.6+ years of Data Engineering experience in ETL design, development, optimization & testing using PL/SQL, SAP Data Services (BODS) Talend, etc.5+ PL/SQL, Complex SQL Tuning, Stored Procedures, Data Warehousing best practices, etc.3+ years of experience in relational and Cloud database design, optimization, and performance; preferably with AWS (S3 and Redshift), SAP HANA, BW, Oracle, and Hadoop3+ years of experience in developing flows using batch, real-time, and streaming processes to personalize experiences for our customers.2+ years of experience in designing service-oriented architecture (SOA), RESTful APIs, and enterprise application integration (EAI) solutions utilizing the MuleSoft Platform2+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GIT, Java, and Shell scripting

　　Special Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

　　Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and Integrated Supply Chain E2E Process stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Fluent in English, both written and oral skills are required. A second language is a plus.
