Your opportunity
Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with business partners for optimized technology solutions
Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation
Partner with business user to seek solutions to business problems and act as the translator to technical and product solutions
Own Risk and Compliance data integrity via data design principals focusing on cleansing, audit and data validation
Maintain understanding of master data tools, downstream systems and data lineage rules
Perform root-cause analysis ,recommend and/or execute corrective action
Recommend ways to strengthen product integrity, quality, and availability across the enterprise
Set improvement targets, qualify and quantify the results of product quality
Participate in the full lifecycle of development including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deploying, maintaining, and providing end user support for risk and compliance products.
Work with IT, data stewards and internal business groups to develop effective requirements.
Comfortable working with a variety of teams and be able to communicate succinctly with technical and non-technical departments.
Input into strategic product roadmaps and delivery roadmaps
Carry out additional duties as assigned

Must have skills
In depth experience in product delivery models and business analysis
Risk and Compliance experience within the financial services sector
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform, Databricks and Snowflake
Strong skills in data analysis, dimensional data modeling methodologies and business analysis
Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and version control disciplines
Works with the leadership team to strategically improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Agile processes and deliveries
Assisting with internal and external communication for the team and improving transparency
Excellent communication skills, professional positive and approachable attitude/demeanor.
Nice to have skills
Risk and Compliance experience within the financial services sector
Prior experience in running product demo and ceremonies with IT and Business users.
Learning mindset with the ambition to grow in the role by developing industry and data knowledge as well as technical skills.
