　　Your Role:

　　As a Senior Brand Manager, you will manage the marketing responsibility and work in a collaborative environment to drive consumer demand for the aluminum foil & bakeware categories, launch innovations, and analyze performance data and consumer insights to drive strong business results for the brand. 　　You will have the opportunity to:

　　Develop and execute annual US marketing plans including market share projections, budgets, advertising and promotions.

　　Work cross-functionally to achieve business results with Customer Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, Finance, Consumer Promotions, Supply Chain, and Category Management (sales presentations, media campaigns, etc.).

　　Analyze key business trends and provide input on gaps and opportunities; Present business updates to management and agency partners.

　　Achieve business and brand objectives including volume, profit, and market share by distribution channel.

　　We need you to have:

　　BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

　　5-10+ years of experience in CPG brand marketing.

　　Solid business acumen with experience managing budgets/P&L.

　　Experience with retailer scan data analysis programs (Nielsen, IRi).

　　Solid project management capabilities with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.

　　Experience developing and launching new products.

　　Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
