  KPMG is currently seeking a

  Senior Associate, Pricing Analyst to join our Government Cost and Pricing Group

  (GCPG) in the Federal Service Practice.

  Responsibilities:

  Review and interpret solicitation documents; identify and develop questions to clarify solicitation requirements that impact pricing risks and win strategy

  Develop pricing response for business proposals (Firm Fixed Price, T&M, CPFF/CPAF) monitoring for accuracy and compliance requirements

  Lead Cost/Price volume development, and adherence to solicitation requirements

  Report to the GCPG manager and work closely with cross-functional teams including, business development, finance, and contract management teams

  Provide internal GCPG support including maintenance of pricing models and tools

  Conduct competitive analyses, research and analysis of historical data in support of Price-To-Win methodology; contribute to training material development

  Qualifications:

  Minimum three years of recent pricing experience in a federal government contracting environment; state and local government pricing experience a plus

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required, with concentration preferably in business, finance, or economics

  Strong competitive analysis and analytical skills

  Experience working with teams on the development of technical basis of estimate (BOE) and aligning the proposed solution to the costing along with constructing sophisticated pricing models

  Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, macro development a plus

  Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
