About Senior Associate, PCS

  Description

  Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Associate, PCS in Hartford, CT.Responsibilities include but not limited to: Senior Associate, PCS will serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables Develop detailed engagement work plans Illustrate budgets and schedules Actively participate in proposals As a Senior Associate, PCS, you will manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback Gain the respect and confidence of the company team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership

  Requirements

  Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Accounting/Taxation preferred CPA, JD, or EA preferred Minimum 3-5 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm Competence with tax compliance and research software to include Go Systems, BNA portfolio and projection, CCH, RIA Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships Strong tax research and writing skills Proven technical skills with MS Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Solid project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask Real Estate Industry experience preferred

  The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

  We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

  Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

  This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
