What you'll do...
The Analyst II for Health & Wellness Product Safety is a critical role that leverages one's natural eye for detail and organizational talents and superior communication and influence skills to obtain data and create databases, prepare report to manage critical compliance information, and collaborate with internal and external business partners to achieve strategic goals.
You'll make an impact by:
Being comfortable with technology, data entry, and communication with internal and external business partners to obtain critical compliance information.Acquiring and maintaining complete and accurate information while gaining general compliance program knowledge.Proactively identifying and pursuing necessary documents and required information in a timely manner.Organizing and maintaining required documents to ensure accurate record retention and retrieval.Preparing status reports and maintaining metrics required for project status reporting and follow-up.Continuous follow-up and influence with external business partners to achieve established timelines and goals.Maintaining security and confidentiality of sensitive information, data, and communicationsDeveloping, formatting, proofreading, and updating reports, templates, and documents.
You'll sweep us off our feet if:
You have prior project management experience or training.You are organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. You can manage project team meetings and follow up on action items across the organization. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Building relationships with key partners that power the compliance program forward. Tracking and analyzing compliance information to create and deliver compliance conformance reports. Communicating project status and results to stakeholders within the team. Promoting team culture by engaging in activities that support company values, culture, diversity, learning and development.
What you will need:
Project management skills Strong ability to plan and execute numerous processes and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong Excel skills, ability to build frameworks involving multiple data sources. Ability to develop process maps and SOPs for new processes. Ability to create decks to visually communicate project status updates and timelines. Track and enhance program KPI and success metrics.

Bachelor's or Associate degree OR experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
