　　Job Summary

　　The Senior Administrative Assistant provides administrative support, assistance and coordination to the Sr. Director of Retail and Product Programs and supports the Department, with responsibilities in the areas of retail and the Girl Scout fall and cookie programs, to advance these critical Girl Scout initiatives. This position works closely with the Sr. Director and department staff. The Senior Administrative Assistant should be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and be an exemplary communicator. Additionally, the Senior Administrative Assistance will interact with volunteers and vendors and will require a superb customer service approach.

　　Job Qualifications

　　Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, strong Microsoft Office skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
