As a Senior Administrative Assistant in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include a wide variety of clerical, administrative, and project coordination tasks. Must be able to maintain complete confidentiality and demonstrate mature decision making. Daily goals will require reliance on experience and judgment. Must have excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization, positively represent Framatome to customers and visitors, and resolve conflict with a minimum of disruption. Punctuality within the job both in the realm of attendance and in handling time sensitive tasks. We are looking for that experienced professional who can excel in a position with a wide degree of creativity and latitude and a strong desire for continuous personal development. 　　Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required.

　　Your Total Rewards Package

　　The range of base salary for the position is between $24.00 - $30.77 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
