　　Senior Accounting Manager

　　You Will

　　Oversee and manage the accounting operations for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region within the freight forwarding company.

　　Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, and intercompany transactions, in compliance with regional accounting standards.

　　Supervise local accounting teams and coordinate financial reporting activities across APAC offices.

　　Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis for senior management, providing insights into regional performance.

　　Manage the APAC budgeting and forecasting processes, offering strategic financial guidance.

　　Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors during audits across APAC offices.

　　Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.

　　Liaise with regional financial institutions and manage banking relationships.

　　Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of accounting standards across the APAC region to ensure uniformity in financial reporting.

　　Coordinate with local partners to facilitate the issuance of local tax invoices, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations.

　　Utilize balanced sheet management techniques to optimize the company financial position and resources.

　　Apply knowledge of foreign currency regulations in the APAC region to manage currency risks effectively.

　　Requirements:

　　Proven experience as an Accounting Manager in a multinational freight forwarding or logistics company.

　　In-depth knowledge of APAC accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

　　Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor diverse accounting teams across multiple locations.

　　Experience in financial consolidation and reporting for a geographically dispersed organization.

　　Familiarity with intercompany transactions and complexities within the logistics industry.

　　Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

　　Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and senior management.

　　Thorough understanding of regional tax laws and compliance obligations.

　　Treasury knowledge to effectively manage cash flow and support liquidity requirements.

　　Knowledge of balanced sheet management techniques.

　　Understanding of foreign currency regulations in the APAC region.

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or relevant certifications preferred
