　　About the role:

　　This is a senior role reporting to the Accounting Manager with key involvement with our general accounting operations, month end close process, financial and management reporting. Senior accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end financial and management reports. A successful senior accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and systems. This is key to developing and executing processes for timely and accurate production and analysis of financial statements and reports. The ideal candidate also has experience collaborating with and developing clerical staff/junior accountants. Senior accountant duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks and control activities.

　　This position is part of the Finance team located in Loveland, Colorado and will be a hybrid role.

　　In this role, you will:

　　Produce timely and accurate monthly financial statements and accounting reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP principles.

　　Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.

　　Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile select key accounts.

　　Spot errors and suggest ways to improve accuracy and efficiency.

　　Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures as needed.

　　You may also:

　　Assist with training and developing accounting associates.

　　Provide input into department’s goal setting process.

　　Assist with and support internal and external audits to ensure compliance.

　　Plan, assign, and review select accounting staff’s work.

　　Share in responsibility for month-end and year-end close process.

　　Are you qualified?

　　Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

　　Ideally 5+ years in public accounting setting.

　　Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and systems.

　　Proven business acumen and experience in analysis of financial statements and reports.

　　Exceptional organizational skills.

　　It would be a plus if you also had:

　　Manufacturing experience

　　Experience with larger ERP systems (Oracle).

　　The salary range for this role is $85,000.00– $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

　　We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.

　　This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
