As a member of the finance team you will contribute to the accuracy of our financials, budgets and overall company goals. Duties/Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and other financial reports for management. Assist in training and guidance to accounting team on day-to-day transactional items. Assist in the analysis of monthly financial statements. Assist in month-end close processes. Assist in fixed asset entries and reconciliation. Provide monthly actual vs budget analysis to management. Review designated General Ledger accounts and activity. Process and review accounts payables and receivables. Investigate reporting discrepancies and communicate issues. Prepare and record monthly journal entries and related account and bank reconciliations. Post and reconcile general ledger accounts Assist in ad hoc accounting or finance projects and analysis, as assigned. Assist with internal and external audit requests. Allocate expenditures to correct accounts according to departmental procedures. WIP reporting: ensure proper cutoff of posting to projects for invoicing & cost allocation. Performs other duties as assigned.
