　　Starting pay of $20 per hour

　　Aero Precision’s roots are deeply tied to aerospace, and our drive for clean, perfect engineering and machining stems from that. When you’re building something that will fly in the air, there is no margin for error. We take that same approach in the firearms industry. Not every manufacturer will have razor thin tolerance levels. Not every manufacturer will personally oversee the development, design and machining of every part that comes off the line. We’re not every manufacturer.

　　The Opportunity.The On Call Security Officer will implement the company’s security programs and procedures, as well as oversee access control and investigate security violations.

　　The Job.?The On Call Security Officer will inspect and patrol premises regularly; investigate and report on security incidents, provide security related assistance to employees and company visitors, as well as administer badging and access requirements for restricted areas. The On Call Security Officer will also interface with government and contracting customers regarding security and contract related issues. Lastly, the On Call Security Officer will provide guidance and instruction to employees to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and assist other internal departments, as needed.
