As a Security Officer - Mall Patrol in Aberdeen, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

Our Patrol Officers play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment within retail and mall locations. As an unarmed officer, you will conduct routine patrols, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Your presence and communication skills will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for patrons and staff alike. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Day Time

Mon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri07:30 AM - 05:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.

Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

MD-SP Registration-AUS is required, which translates to a Maryland Security Professional Guard Card requirement.

Possession of a Guard Card/License is preferred.

Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
