As a Security Guard, you will maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members. 　　Responsibilities

　　Conducts cash escorts as required.

　　Team-oriented; ability to work effectively with others to ensure a smooth operation.

　　Highly motived and takes initiative.

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

　　Observes, handles, and reports procedural violations and illegal activity.

　　Ensure that identification is checked for proper admittance to the gaming floor.

　　Maintains crowd control as required.

　　Maintain a secure presence on the gaming floor.

　　Patrol parking lot and ancillary buildings as assigned.

　　Operate motorized vehicle when necessary

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Must possess a New York state Security Guard license.

　　Must be able to be licensed by New York State Gaming Commission.

　　Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to control difficult situations and maintain customer goodwill.

　　Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

　　Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and special events.

　　Must have a valid driver’s license, pass an MVR check, and take a drug test.

　　Physical Requirements

　　Requires the ability to see, hear, walk, run, sit, squat, bend, reach and grasp objects throughout the shift in all weather conditions.

　　Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds.
