Job Description Summary:Security Center Specialists will coordinate and monitor the movement of high value and high-risk shipments and act as a single point of contact to team members for the escalation of high value and high- risk shipments. This position utilizes resources and computer systems to ensure the safety of independent contractors and provide theft mitigation of customer freight. This role also provides first level support for the SenseAware call center. Security Center Specialists are viewed as the experts in security and act as the go-to for questions and support related to secure services.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Live GPS tracking, monitoring and response of regulated commodity loads in the FedEx Custom Critical Network.Management of SenseAware devices for protected highly sensitive truck load movements.Facility security monitoring for all FXCC locations.Backup monitoring and response of over 3,000 burglary and fire alarms at FedEx locations across all operating companies.Serving as the central intake point for FedEx Global Security hotline call alerts.Coordinating with local first responders when needing to access FedEx locations.Providing 24/7 guidance to FedEx employees needing security related assistance.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma/Equivalent.Two years' experience in security related area.Good communication skills.Number of Openings:Two (2) Open PositionsWork/Domicile Location:These positions will be in Uniontown, Ohio.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not available for these positions.Additional InformationUpload current copy of Resume (Microsoft Word or PDF format only) and answer job screening questionnaire by close of business (5:00pm CST) on the date below.
