What you will do:

Provide exceptional one-on-one tax preparation services to clients.

Proactively engage with customers to offer tax preparation assistance.

Conduct tax interviews, answer walk-in questions, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Utilize basic computer skills for tax preparation.

Participate in tax preparation training and continuous professional development.

Preparers will receive ongoing mentorship and support to develop tax preparation skills and grow their book of business.

Experienced preparers will leverage their knowledge to complete more complex returns, including individual, trust, and partnership tax filings.

Entry-Level Qualifications:

Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Basic computer skills.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

Experienced Qualifications:

2+ seasons of tax preparation experience, including individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.

Strong understanding of tax laws, accounting, and finance.

Proven ability to provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes is a plus.
