Seasonal Sales Expert - Dyson

Position Overview

We are ramping up for the busy end of year retail shopping season and seeking an outgoing individual who will enjoy creating engaging interactions and providing expert advice to customers.You will be representing our client, Dyson, and their premier line of vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, bladeless fans, and personal hair styling products inside a local Dyson Demo store. As a Brand Expert, you will be demonstrating Dyson's innovative products and showcasing all of the features that make them pioneering and the best that money can buy! You will also assist in maintaining quality visual merchandising standards and providing feedback by completing digital surveys after each work shift.

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing demeanor, passion for the latest consumer technology, and be driven to transform ordinary shoppers into Dyson enthusiasts by showcasing the brand's engineering excellence and top-tier performance.

Scheduling Location

Hours per week: 24hrs

Schedule: Friday Saturday

What We Offer

The Wage Range for this position is $26.00-$28.00hourly commensurate with experience

Paid online training to certify you on Dyson product knowledge

W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule

Duties

Sales Demonstration

Dazzle customers with exciting demonstrations to showcase Dyson's innovative technology

Drive store sales to achieve or exceed product sales goals

Maintain visual merchandising standards at shopfront

Share successes and potential opportunities with leadership

Complete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift

Education Training

Share enthusiasm about the Dyson Brand with all store associates and customers

Convey expert knowledge of the full range of technology

Train store personnel to communicate Dyson information with confidence

Establish positive professional connections with store leaders and associates

Participate in both initial training sessions and team conference calls

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in sales, retail, and/or product demo related position

Experience working with technology or prestige luxury brands is a plus!

Enthusiastic attitude and comfortable presenting to individuals and groups

Access to a reliable vehicle to travel to assigned store

Access to a smart device to complete reports and submit photos

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand on your feet for extended periods of time
