Role:
Responsible for engaging with cross functional teams to improve Target's search relevancy, guest shopping experience and journey on Target's digital platforms.
Strategically influence the development of new technology and engage with partners such as product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business leaders across the enterprise to enable execution of new product deployment into production. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify application of Artificial Intelligence to improve guest experience and achieve business goals. Improve the quality and efficiency of existing products that use machine learning and artificial intelligence in order to improve guest experience.
Responsibilities:Lead and project manage the Search relevancy analysis projects and to improve the product findability.Independently project manage the Human-in-the-loop functions, catering to data validation requests for various projects within Search and Non-Search.Drive team initiatives based on digital priorities to improve guest experience and profitability.Own Work allocation, Quality management, reporting & dashboards for in-house and vendor teams.Maintaining Team utilization by ensuring enough inflow is available for HI team.Defining test guidelines, setting-up and upholding the quality standards.Interpretation of the model accuracy/ inconsistency via data analytics and provide ongoing feedback to relevant stakeholders.Represent issues/Recommendations/Automation & Semi-automation plans to product owners, drive prioritization process in partnership with relevant technology teams.Participate in discovery, testing, drive trainings across HI and roll-out of new enhancement/features by strong partnership with Product and technology team.Setting up periodic connects with PMs, Data-Science and other stakeholders to review the impact of the delivered task and track upcoming priorities and requirements.Reporting/ Working Relationships
Reports to Manager, Digital Experience and Guest Experience. Works closely with all Digital Business, Product and engineering teams.
About you:Graduate degree in business management or a degree in engineeringAt least 4 years of overall working experienceGood knowledge of Search and findability process within e-Commerce.Knowledge of the role of the human in the loop in testing and training machine learning algorithmsAbility to conceptualize ideas and articulate the same to senior stakeholders within the organization.Ability to articulate initiatives, business cases, progress reports using MS Power PointAbility to influence without authorityAbility to solve complex problems through critical thinking, logical reasoning and data analysisExcellent communication skills, in both large and small group presentationsMust be organized, with an ability to prioritize and to multi-task.
