　　About the Team

　　Our TikTok Search Operation team plays a key role in improving TikTok users' search experience by investigating user feedback, evaluating search result, analyzing data, etc.

　　Responsibilities

　　- Familiar with search-related businesses, and understand search-related product functions and strategies.

　　- Responsible for search evaluation, investigation, and other search-related business requirements and provide guidance to deliver all key project milestones and outcomes to optimize search results-related strategies.

　　- Work independently as the evaluation and investigation project designer, deeply understand the business, and be responsible for the overall process of the project, including planning, implementation and providing high-quality evaluation analysis to help with product optimization.

　　- Work closely with PM and RD to elaborate and optimize relevant evaluation standards or guidelines and output project SOPs to ensure that the evaluation meets expectations.

　　- Work closely with multiple business partners to ensure business metrics improvement and workflow optimization.

　　- Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, and adult & sexual content.

　　- Other Ad-hoc and relevant projects as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　1. Bachelor's degree or above.

　　2. In-depth understanding of search engines and TikTok or similar social media platforms. 3+ years of working experience in the IT industry will be preferred.

　　3. Excellent data analysis and communication skills. Project management experience will be preferred.

　　4. Manage cross-functional operational efforts, working with data delivery, engineering, and product teams to ensure the smooth rollout of projects.

　　5. Flexible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

　　Job Information

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88000 - $146666 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
