　　We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our dynamic and collaborative team to oversee, guide, coordinate and coach cross-functional Agile teams. The applicant to this role should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an agile delivery role, with a strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies.

　　To be successful as a scrum master, you should have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams. An outstanding scrum master should have excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, accelerating delivery by mitigating impediments to progress and dependencies, as well as a solid focus on tracking and communicating progress to achieve desired outcomes are desired traits.

　　The scrum master's responsibilities include:Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.Training and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.Mentoring and motivating cross-functional Agile teams to optimize productivity, encourage collaboration, and promote self-organization.Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.Ensuring that the team understands and commits to sprint goals and tasks.Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.Managing timelines to deliver high-quality products.Foster open and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring that information flows seamlessly and that everyone is aligned with project goals.Monitor team performance by tracking and analyzing key Agile metrics and provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing action plans to address identified issues.Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery, making necessary adjustments to project plans as needed.Impact You'll Make:

　　What you'll bring:3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or related fieldWorking knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.Leadership and management experience, including influencing individuals and teams in the spirit of continuous improvement.Excellent people and project management skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.Proficiency in Agile project management tools like Jira.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is strongly preferred.Knowledge or certifications in SAFe is a plus.Jira experience is a plus.Impact you'll make:
