　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Scrum Master II , in the Denver, CO area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. 　　T he Scrum Master II is a journeyman-level position that assists an Agile team to meet their delivery goals, execute team events/processes, and participate in Agile Release Train events/processes. They educate an Agile team in Scrum, Built-in-Quality, Kanban, and Scaled Agile and ensure that the agreed Agile processes are followed. They are integral members of an Agile team and share responsibilities with the team for their overall performance, ensuring no gaps and that the team knows how to plan, execute, review, and retrospect.

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Facilitate PI Planning, support iteration execution (with the team, Release Train Engineer, and Product Owner), improve team workflow, build high-performing teams, and improve ART collaboration/performance.Experience/Education:

　　5 years+ related experience required

　　A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

　　Prior performance as an SME

　　Certifications:

　　DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification.Security Clearance:

　　Current TS/SCI w/ FSP requiredPhysical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

　　Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

　　The projected compensation range for this position is $87,600-$145,200. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
