We are looking for a Scrum Master or an agile coach who will play a critical role in establishing the Agile principles and practices in a new software engineering team in Central Europe. Core Responsibilities: - Serve as a Scrum/Agile expert, providing guidance and coaching to Scrum teams on Agile principles and practices. Skills: - 3+years of experience working as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile teams and driving Agile adoption. - In-depth knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies. - Proven experience working in a fast-paced Agile software development environment. - Experience with implementing Scaled Agile Framework is a plus. - Excellent facilitation and coaching skills to guide and mentor Scrum teams. - Leadership skills to influence and motivate teams and stakeholders towards Agile adoption and continuous improvement. - Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills to address and resolve issues within the team. - Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices in Agile and Scrum. - Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) or Certified Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master are a plus.
