Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Scrum Master to join our team in Ft. Detrick. This is potentially fully remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
A servant leader and coach for an Agile team.
Helps remove impediments and fosters an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
Responsible for the continuous improvement of Agile practices in an Agile program.
Identify and provide trainings to promote Agile maturity.
Facilitate the core scrum ceremonies and best practices (Planning, Retrospective, Refinement, Review/Demo)
Required Qualifications:
Agile experience, particularly Scrum and Kanban
Experience as a Scrum Master
Experience working on large programs with multiple Agile teams
Experience or knowledge of SAFe
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Mural, Confluence and Whiteboard for planning and tracking work performed by teams
Bachelor's Degree
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an Active Public Trust Clearance or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Must be a US Citizen
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
