Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in McLean, VA.Responsibilities:

　　Scrum Master will coach the development team on Scrum principles, help the team focus on sprint goals to achieve their highest performance level, to ensure the Scrum project is successfully progressed

　　Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge

　　As a Scrum Master, you will develop or contribute solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity

　　Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of junior employees

　　Bachelor's degree

　　2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or with leading Agile teams

　　Experience with Information Technology

　　Experience with projects using the Scaled Agile Framework

　　Experience with Jira and implementing Agile techniques in a software delivery environment

　　Experience in working directly with government clients

　　Experience with setting up sprints, running reports, and creating queries

　　Ability to support a technical delivery lead in decomposition sessions to determine the next steps for feature development

　　Ability to write user stories or structure user stories for software features

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
