Description
The Leidos Defense Group has openings for SCRUM Masters at Warner Robbins, GA and Newport News, VA. These positions are part of a large Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command's Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS).
Duties:
The SCRUM Master Journeyman candidate performs project management tasks using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to coordinate and prioritize user stories for implementation by team members.Provides technical planning, system hardware-software-network design, development and integration, verification and validation, and fielding.Facilitates horizontal communication across team members to identify any impediments that may prevent team progress while working mitigation plans as needed.Performs systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance.Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.
Qualifications will vary, but will mostly require:
Bachelors Degree in a related field and 4 years of related work experienceTS/SCI security clearance requiredCertifications in: CSM, CSA, SAFe Agilist, PMI - Agile Project Management, Waterfall Project Management, Agile Certified PractitionerPrevious AF DCGS weapon system experience is highly desired
Pay Range:
Pay Range $81,250.00 - $146,875.00
