　　Internship - DEVELOPMENT OF 3D VISUALIZATION SOFTWARE AND SCIENTIFIC DATA INTERPRETATION (M/F)

　　Come and join our team in Bordeaux specialized in scientific data processing and visualization. As a key player in medical research, Thermo Fisher Scientific is developing a suite of software applications dedicated to 3D visualization and interpretation of scientific data.

　　Your Mission:

　　As part of one of our software development teams responsible for providing tools and new cross-functional features in applications dedicated to 3D visualization (Amira-Avizo, Open Inventor, or Athena), you will work on one of the following topics:

　　Integration of a notification system for Amira/Avizo/PerGeos applications

　　Development of a software usage data dashboard for scientific software

　　Ray tracing backend for Open Inventor

　　Development of a prototype of a Generative Artificial Intelligence Chatbot Development of workflows from a client/server data management platform (ATHENA)

　　Implementation of a generative marketing editorial creation platform using generative AI

　　Technical Environment : C++, Python, Qt/QML, REST, Cloud, Google Tests, Linux/Windows, git/gitlab, client-server architecture

　　Software’s: Visual studio, Visual Code, Jira, Miro

　　Required qualities:

　　Preparing a master’s degree in computer science or equivalent, you are seeking an internship in a dynamic, motivating, and innovative technological context.

　　You have knowledge in software engineering as well as in programming languages such as C++ and Python.

　　You have knowledge in user interface design and ergonomics.

　　Proficiency in Git/Gitlab would be a plus.

　　With excellent interpersonal skills, you have a strong inclination towards teamwork and a desire to contribute to technically advanced projects with high added value.

　　A good level of English is a plus.

　　A 6-month convention-based end-of-studies internship is available in 2024.

　　Vos Missions:

　　Intégré(e) au sein d'une équipe d’une de nos équipes de développement logiciel en charge de la mise à disposition d’outillage et de nouvelles fonctionnalités transverses dans les applications dédiées à la visualisation 3D (Amira-Avizo, Open Inventor ou Athena), vous travaillerez sur l’un des sujets suivants :

　　Intégration d’un système de notifications pour les applications Amira/Avizo/PerGeos

　　Développement d’un tableau de bord des données d’utilisation de logiciel d’utilisation de logiciels scientifiques

　　Ray tracing backend pour Open Inventor

　　Développement d’un prototype de Chatbot à Intelligence Artificielle Générative Développement de chaines de travail depuis une plateforme client/serveur de gestion de données (ATHENA)

　　Mise en place d’une plateforme de création éditoriale générative marketing utilisant l’IA générative

　　Environnement Technique : C++, Python, Qt/QML, REST, Cloud, Google Tests, Linux/Windows, git/gitlab, architecture client-serveur.

　　Logiciel : Visual studio, Visual Code, Jira, Miro

　　Qualités requises :

　　De formation Universitaires M2 ou école d'ingénieur dernière année, vous cherchez un stage dans un contexte technologique dynamique, motivant et innovant.

　　Vous disposez de connaissances en génie logiciel ainsi que dans les langages de programmation C++ et Python.

　　Vous avez des connaissances en conception d’interface utilisateur et en ergonomie.

　　La maîtrise de Git/Gitlab serait un plus.

　　Doté(e) de bonnes capacités relationnelles, vous avez le goût du travail en équipe et vous souhaitez vous investir dans des projets techniques à forte valeur ajoutée.

　　Un bon niveau d’anglais est un plus.

　　Stage de fin d’études conventionné de 6 mois à pourvoir au premier semestre 2024.
