　　Orchard Village is seeking a full-time School Social Worker to joinour team!

　　Description:

　　Provide individual and small group social work services to studentsas determined by the IEP team.Develop, plan, and assist students with academic and socialemotional programming in a wide range of settings.Liaison between parents/guardian, school officials, and communityresourcesConduct and collect data through evaluations, risk assessments,community based social skill integration, and other formativeassessmentRequirements:

　　Masters Degree in Social WorkSocial Work License (LSW) issued by the Illinois Department ofFinancial and Professional Regulation (DFPR)State of Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) as a schoolsocial worker (Type 73 (School Service Personnel Certificate with aSocial Worker Endorsement), preferredBackground in testing and measurement.Experience in counseling and crisis intervention.Strong communication skills.Experience working with the social/emotional needs of children andknowledge of special education.Team experience including developing IEPs and coordinating services(including outside supports).
