　　Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter

　　Designs and erects various types of scaffolds. Lead Carpenter must act as amentor and coach to the Scaffold E&D Carpenters to aid in their development.Lead Carpenter is required to work with tools.

　　Education or experience that prepares you for success:Some trade school preferred but not requiredScaffold E&D Carpenter for a minimum of 2 years or approved equivalentexperienceAbility to work comfortably and safely at considerable heightsBilingual a plus

　　Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:Must be able to safely and effectively manage a small crew to erect anddismantle various types of scaffolding under the supervision of an E&DForeman 2 on siteMust have good knowledge of the OSHA rules and regulations regardingscaffoldingMust have a good knowledge and understanding of the various types ofscaffolding material being used so that the intended loads of the scaffoldingare not exceededKnowledge and use of various types of scaffolding materials

　　The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching,reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors whenrequired by the job. 　　Base Pay Range: $25.61 - 32.01
