The SBS Implementation Voice Team Leader provides effective management of the Implementation function. Responsible for accepting sales orders, reviewing them for accuracy, and managing the new clients' transition to ADP from setup through successful transition to regular processing. Ensures quality and productivity objectives are met consistently. Manages the Sales relationship. Provides acquisition support as necessary.
Needs to have a minimum of 2 years experience on Team Leader role with same type of business industry if it's external candidate.
