Work You'll Do

As a Specialist Executive, you will collaborate with top-tier professionals, leverage advanced technologies, and contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of energy. As a Specialist Executive, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP in a variety of ways, including:

Client Service: Advise clients on leading practices and industry trends, build lasting relationships, and manage the day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Analyze and improve business processes through SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices in the OG sector. Help shape the agenda for new S/4HANA, and future solutions and programs related to client digital transformations.

Delivery: Oversee OG SAP projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead client engagement workstreams on OG SAP projects.

Business Development: Lead and support SAP sales and pursuit efforts. Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to establish and maintain our status as a trusted advisor.

Eminence: Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives to drive growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability. Promote and participate in forums sharing your SAP and OG expertise. Strengthen Deloitte's collective knowledge and brand within the OG space.

People Development: Perform the role of mentor and coach to help junior staff achieve their career objectives. Actively participate in onboarding activities. Provide leadership and support for staff on projects and in local offices.

Qualifications

Required:

At least 12 years' relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within the industry.

At least 8 years of experience working in the Oil, and Gas (OG) industry or with OG clients.

Deep experience selling and implementing SAP solutions.

Project Manager or Program Manager on at least 5 end-to-end SAP implementations from planning through go live.

Hands-on functional/technical experience in one of the following SAP modules: FICO, EAM, EPPM, PS, or IS-OIL.

Experience leading pre-sales, proposals, and RFPs within the OG space

S4 HANA implementation experience.

Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Desired:

Experience leading discussions with Clients, SAP, SAP Partners, Developers, and Architects.

Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.

Greenfield implementation experience.

Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies.

Master's degree.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $213,600 to $356,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
