Job Main Scope:

　　Business is looking for a Master Data Management Solution Architect to build innovative technical solutions in support of business goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate general skills in critical thinking, effective communication, and project management. I, Integration methodologies, and Data Quality platform. This individual will be expected to learn and understand the education business and the systems that support it. The right candidate will also be a self-starter who exhibits creativity, hustle, integrity and teamwork.

　　Job Main Responsibilities:

　　Execute all aspects of the master data management process for NALI.

　　Execute, implement, and enforce strategic policies about master data to promote strong data integrity and operational efficiencies through data quality and standardization.

　　Maintain extensive knowledge of master data management disciplines and new technologies and practices used in the MD process through exposure to industry practices, changing technology, and proactive networking.

　　Establish master data quality metrics and targets and ensure regular communications of the metrics to key stakeholders of the organization.

　　Supervise and train master data and accounts receivable employees to ensure proper data quality and compliance with MD policies and appropriate accounts receivable/collections.

　　Develop and coach employees to retain and expand organizational talent through focused attention and effort.

　　Provide timely and constructive feedback regularly to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, and the business.

　　Leadership of Customer Master, Vendor Master, and associated metrics and service level agreements for NALI

　　Job Main Requirements & Qualifications:

　　Education/qualification/experience

　　Bachelor’s University degree (Engineering.

　　1 to 3 years of experience involving either SAP MDM,SAP SD,SC,IT.

　　Strong MS Office knowledge.

　　Fluent English.

　　General Skills & Competencies

　　Information Data Quality experience.

　　Experience in a packaging portfolio would be a plus.

　　Good understanding of various integration design patterns, including SOP.

　　Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities at any given time.

　　Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.

　　Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.

　　Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

　　Working experience as a Business Systems Analyst.

　　Experience working with a geographically dispersed team.
