　　SAP is currently looking for a UX Research Intern to work with the Innovation Center Network (ICN) Design team. ICN explores new technologies to solve the worlds future problems. Through SAP Innovation Center Network, multidisciplinary teams from several locations worldwide work on use cases that can't be solved with todays technologies but require bold ideas. SAP Innovation Center Network combines the diligence and foresight of research with the speed and ambition of a startup.

　　Position title: SAP ICN Intern User Experience Researcher

　　Location : San Francisco / Palo Alto, California

　　Expected start date: February 2024

　　Duration: 6 months - 1 year

　　Part-Time Role

　　In this role, youll:

　　You will bechallenged with conducting a variety of qualitative and quantitative research studiessuch asdiscovery interviews, usability studies, surveys, and competitive assessments.

　　As a UX Researcher Intern you will be partnering with an experienced researcher to drive research efforts that will impact projects and strategic direction across the ICN. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-disciplinary small teams andwith customers to conduct user research for our various projects and initiatives within the SAP ICN (https://sap.io/) organization.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Develop and track user-research needs and goals for multiple projects.

　　Define user-research plans and apply research methods to best address research questions.

　　Design and conduct light weight user research to support product initiatives.

　　Document and present visual and actionable research findings to a variety of audiences.

　　Collaborate with UX designers to help them iteratively design solutions that satisfy project goals.

　　Evangelize the value and proper use of user research to address business needs

　　Who You Are:

　　Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

　　Have or are working towards a BS or MS in Design, Human Factors, HCI or other related field.

　　Basic knowledge of a broad set of research methods, e.g., interviews, surveys, usability evaluations, field studies, basic quantitative analyses, online tracking experiments, log-analytic studies, and quantitative analyses.

　　A passion and capacity to advocate on behalf of our users.

　　Ability to quickly acquire knowledge about various and varied domain technology, goals, & use cases.

　　Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is $15/hr. - $53/hr. USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidateswill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process.
