About SANITATION 2ND

　　JOB DUTIES:

　　Present self at workstation on all scheduled workdays, on time, and with personal hygiene that meets sanitary requirements.

　　Pre-rinse to remove heavy soil deposits and to wet the surfaces to be cleaned

　　Remove meat and fat scraps from surface and apply foam

　　Hand scrub equipment with green pads to remove build-up

　　Repeat rinse

　　Sanitize with proper solution

　　Maintain area in proper state of housekeeping.

　　Ability to interact with others.

　　Performs all other work assigned by supervisor.

　　SAFETY: Wear PPE (earplugs, gloves, and safety toed boots). Observe emergency off switch. Keep hands away from pinch points. Avoid direct skin contact with CO2 (dry ice).

　　Ergonomic and Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to stand on concrete floors for prolonged periods of time. (Approx. 8-10 or more per day, but can vary)

　　Must be able to work in wet environment to include temperature extremes.

　　Must be able to perform consistent lifting duties (50lbs. approx.)

　　Any other assigned task EOE/Vet/ Disabilities
