This role will collaborate with multiple IT teams (Quality Assurance, Shared Services, Help Desk) to develop and support the referral management application. The developer will work closely with our business system analysts and the Salesforce Solution Architect to determine the optimum solution design, then configure/develop accordingly, collaborating with Quality Assurance to minimize defects and deliver a high-quality release. Design, configure, and develop Standard/Custom Objects, Workflows and Approvals, Validation Rules, Lightning Web Components, Page Layouts, Dashboards/Reports, SOQL and SOSL, and custom Apex code including triggers, controller classes, and other custom Apex classes. Design and build solutions for our referral management platform that will be used on multiple form factors, including desktop and mobile. Provide Tier Level 3 support for Salesforce system during business hours and on-call as defined by schedule. Develop workarounds and permanent solutions to incidents in accordance with incident SLAs and the Salesforce release schedule. Qualifications Be the Best Salesforce Developer You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you! Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 5-7 years of overall systems development experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Developer – Salesforce Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud a plus Experience working in an Agile, such as Agile Scrum or Kanban, or in a hybrid-Agile environment. Salesforce certifications a plus SOSL and SOQL development Lightning Web Components experience Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery experience a plus Salesforce Declarative and Custom development, including the Salesforce Lightning experience. Strong communication skills to work with business analysts, product owners, solution architects, and subject matter experts in the development of a solution, or resolving an issue. Ability to work with diverse teams (clinical, service center operations, and IT) that directly or indirectly impacts business processes. Effective internal and external collaboration with peers and leadership. Customer service focused, including the ability to create an atmosphere that encourages an open dialogue about the internal and external customer’s needs Ability to maintain composure in addressing stressful and/ challenging situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate succinctly with our internal customers. Able to be available after-hours and weekends per the on-call schedule or in an emergency to support the Salesforce development team in resolving a critical defect or issue.
