Description:
They are implementing a Salesforce application that will generate a 224, 35 or 104 SCTE file. The file has all the program metadata for their OTT distributors. For instance: This file holds the info that will tell you when a program will air? Do you have rights to air this program? What will the title of that program be when you go to Hulu? - All of that metadata is there in this file.
We are implementing as part of this project. We were processing the file in a third party application, but we are bringing now in house. And then we are implementing that in our Salesforce application. Needs someone who has experience in working with these files.
Snapshot of Responsibilities
• Host stakeholder meetings focused on requirements gathering, product demos/updates, troubleshooting issues and acquiring feedback.
• Create thorough user-stories that include business use-cases, functional requirements, technical analysis, and acceptance criteria .
• Communicate with project stakeholders, control scope creep
• Perform system and data analysis
• Produce functional specification documents
• Create Wireframes
• Perform Defect Analysis and Impact Analysis
• Collaborate with key project stakeholders and business communities to comprehend the overall business vision for each project.
• Collaborate with developers and SMEs to build the technical vision and analyze trade-offs.
• Plan, document, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing.
• Communicate progress and status to business stakeholders and technology management via written reports.
• Prepares analysis and or proposals for other enterprise departments when necessary.
• Be able to evaluate and recommend improvements to the user interface and user experience design in order to drive efficiency of the related business processes. Be able to recognize and correct user experiences that are not scalable.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
What You Will Need:
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field with 7+ years experience related to duties and responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle models including Agile and Waterfall
• Ability to communicate concepts in elegant, concise, eloquent form to management and to cross-functional departments or teams verbally, in writing, and through pictures or diagrams when appropriate
• Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and interpersonal skills focused on motivation and positive attitude
• Visual Modelling (UML, DFD, DATA Modelling, ER Diagrams, Activity, Sequence, Use Case Diagrams, Wireframes)
• Highly self-motivated, directed, and change oriented
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA or an equivalent issue and project tracking system
• Strong project management skills, including indirect staff, consultants, and suppliers
• Basic understanding of excel formulas for data evaluation and analysis
