As Sales Support Officer, you will play an integral role in the success of the Modality Sales Team/s that you are supporting. You will be part of a new UKI Sales Support team providing seamless E2E support of all sales related activities, working alongside our Sales, Modality, Clinical Applications Specialists & Global Business Support teams.
This varied and exciting role is an excellent springboard into Health Systems Sales.
The role:
Generating equipment quotations
Providing revenue generation support to the sales team
Liaising with third party suppliers and NHS Supply Chain as required
Supporting the Product Risk Assessment process for third party items
Coordinating and managing demo stock as required
Supporting the order booking end to end process
Supporting tenders and ad-hoc commercial sales activity
Working with your peers in other modalities to share best practice and drive common ways of working across Health Systems
Working flexibly to provide contingency and continuity of all sales support activities

You’re an excellent communicator able to build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships easily
You work well as part of a team
You have strong time management skills and can prioritise effectively
You have an enthusiastic attitude to improved ways of working
You have intermediate or advanced levels of skill in MS Word and Excel
You can use your initiative and identify problems in actual ways of working

The UKI Zone organisation. You will report to the Sales Support Team Leader UKI
A team of Sales Support officers and Sales Support Coordinators within Health Systems UKI
