　　The Brno Sales Operations Team supports the EMEA Sales organization through delivering accurate and timely reporting as well as value added analysis. The team is part of a larger EMEA Sales Operations organization and works closely and directly with EMEA Sales functions as well as other supporting functions.

　　This is an important role where commercial thinking needs to be combined with strong analytical and process skills.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Forecasting, reporting and analyses of revenue and orders for key Sales functions.

　　Business partnering with senior Sales Management to provide support and business insights.

　　Drive internal projects to improve current as well as developing new reporting processes.

　　Work cross-functionally within the Sales Operations team to support wider Sales Support activities.

　　Qualifications:

　　University degree in Business/Economics or Technology

　　At least 3 years of experience as a Business or Financial Analyst

　　Previous experience working on sales forecasting

　　Proficient level of English language

　　Strong team player, proactive, flexible, mature and professional approach

　　Ability to work independently without close supervision and to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

　　Excellent command of MS Excel is required

　　Working knowledge of Power BI is a plus
