About Sales Manager, Partnership Distribution

The opportunity

The Sales Manager (SM) is responsible for business planning and strategy execution, sales support and Coaching with bank partners and customers.

Responsibilities

Drive Bancassurance productivity.

Review pipelines, provide sales consultation, and motivate Bankers to achieve Banca targets and key success factors.

Join field work with bankers aiming at both improving sales skills for banker and accelerating production with significant cases.

Conducts enhanced/refresher workshops of products, skills and MVL sales procedures for all branches.

Implement the launches of business strategies and initiatives to project sales force: digital tool strategies, e-policies, new product launches, new set of rider, etc.

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree majoring in marketing, Finance and Banking.

Minimum 2 years sales management experience in insurance or banking businesses.·

Have a good bancassurance background is preferable.

Nice to Have: 

Dynamic personality with good ability to interact with different people and level.

Systematic and structured to understand systems and processes.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
