Are you genuinely passionate about training and development? We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Training Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for our business development professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in creating role-specific curriculums, deploying training initiatives, and conducting skill gap assessments. The Training Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our sales teams, ensuring alignment with our sales methodology and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training and onboarding programs tailored to the needs of business development professionals.
Lead the integration of sales methodology training into our programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
Develop role-based curriculums that address the specific needs and skill requirements of different business development roles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and business groups, to gather insights and ensure the training content is aligned with organizational objectives.
Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality content.
Facilitate, or consult with subject matter experts (SME), to deliver engaging and effective training sessions, utilizing a variety of training methodologies to accommodate different learning styles.
Implement skill gap assessments to identify areas for improvement and customize training programs accordingly.
Oversee the deployment of training curriculums, ensuring seamless integration into day-to-day business operations.
Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for training and development, staying abreast of industry trends and continuously seeking ways to enhance training effectiveness.
Domestic and international travel, as needed
Qualifications:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
5+ years of Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs, preferably for business development professionals.
2 years of experience in any of the following: Sales, Marketing, Business Development Sales Enablement.
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience conducting skill gap assessments and customizing training content accordingly. Including sales methodologies: Working Knowledge of Challenger Sales Methodologies.
Proven expertise in developing and delivering sales training programs.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, playbooks, competitive strategies, and Salesforce integration.
Working Knowledge of Highspot and/or Sales Enablement Platform
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with reporting tools and metrics related to training effectiveness.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated passion for training and professional development.

The Re-Empower Program helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, enhance leadership skills, and continue their professional journey. The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
