Youwill play a crucial role in our sales department by identifying and qualifyingpotential leads, ultimately driving revenue growth. You will be responsiblefor initiating contact with prospective clients, understanding theirneeds, and creating opportunities for our sales team. This is an excellentopportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, analyticalcapacity, and a passion for sales.This position will be out of a virtual office anywhere in the Continental US.Position Responsibilities: included but are not limited to the followingProactively identify and research potential leads through various sources,including online research, social media, and industry-specific databases.Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, andother communication methods.Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline.Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team withqualified leads.Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.Maintain CRM system for the sales team to ensure clear communication ofdeveloping opportunities for Leadership.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify newopportunities.Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceedsales targets.Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance productknowledge and sales techniques.Continuously improve your sales skills and knowledge through self-motivatedlearning.All other duties as assignedRequired Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Persistent, proactive, and results-oriented.High proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM software and other sales tools, orability to rapidly learn.High proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint.Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functionaldepartments.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Required Experience:Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Knowledge of the packaging and Consumer Products industries is a plus.Required Travel 10%Salary Min: $57,475.00Salary Mid: $76,570.00Salary Max: $95,760.00
