　　In the Sales Assistant Role, You Can Expect To:

　　Review orders submitted by the sales team for accuracy, completeness, etc.

　　Complete orders for processing from various stages including start to finish, middle to end or individual components

　　Process various pre-print documents and forms e.g., approval forms, payment forms, sample orders, art set-up sheets, etc.

　　Interact with clients and other departments to ensure proper handling of client requirements

　　Research new and existing items; create client item presentations; provide samples to clients

　　Obtain price quotes; place purchase orders; receive goods into inventory

　　Resolve discrepancies between purchase order, purchase receipt and purchase invoice

　　Compensation:

　　$16 -- 18/hr
