Essential Duties &Responsibilities Proactive CVMIC takes a very proactive and creativeapproach to Safety and Risk Management with the 54 WisconsinMunicipalities served. Each Municipality (CVMIC member) is assigned anexperienced and dedicated team of specialists in Safety, RiskManagement, and HR. Individualized In this role, you will have theopportunity to build an individualized Service & Engagement Plantailored to each member\'s specific and unique needs, which will includeregulatory compliance and risk management initiatives designed to reducetheir safety risk and liability exposures. Day-to-day this may include:On-site training programs (i.e. BBP, Safe Lifting, Work Zone TrafficSafety) On-site consulting and assessment services (i.e. Facility andWork Site Inspections, Ergonomic Assessments) On-site safety committeemeetings On-site and off-site consulting on Safety and Risk Managementissues Reviewing loss trending data utilizing claims management software(Origami) Conducting and/or facilitating membership-wide trainingprograms (i.e. Confined Space Entry, Playground Safety Inspections)Investigating workplace incidents that occur within the membershipCreativity You will also have the opportunity to be creative byparticipating in projects and membership-wide initiatives that have thegoal of reducing risk exposure, which may include: Developing contentfor use in e-learning programs, webinars, and YouTube videos Researchingprograms and services that foster our mission.
