　　• Beschaffung von Material, Auftragsabwicklung und Terminüberwachung

　　• Durchführung von Benchmarking-Prozessen und Analyse von Angeboten zur Unterstützung der strategischen Beschaffung

　　• Terminüberwachung von Lieferantenbestellungen zur Sicherstellung der eigenen Lieferverpflichtungen

　　• Erfassen von Bestellungen im IT-System

　　• Organisieren der Abwicklung von Lieferanten- und Kundenreklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Qualitätsabteilung oder dem Vertrieb

　　• Durchführen von Bestandsbuchungen

　　• Durchführen von Rechnungsbuchungen

　　• Eingabe von Preislisten in das ERP-System

　　• Allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben, wie Standardkorrespondenz, auch in englischer Sprache

　　• Aufgaben der Archivierung

　　• Pflegen der Stammdatendatei mit IT-Systemen

　　• Übernahme und Koordination von sonstigen Arbeitsaufgaben zwischen Einkauf, Betrieb und Logistik

　　Qualifikation:

　　• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (idealerweise als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder alternativ Bürokaufmann/-frau)

　　• Erfahrung im Einkauf oder in der Materialdisposition bevorzugt

　　• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

　　• Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel

　　• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen bevorzugt
