　　Responsibilities

　　This is a senior-level Supervisor role based out of our Clairmont, AB facility. The Rod Pump Supervisor provides hands-on technical support for the production and repair of equipment and tools. In a workshop environment, the individual receives field tools, disassembles them, and proceeds to repair and refurbish the tools using blueprints, manuals, and established protocols. The role requires the ability to diagnose issues and problems with tools and equipment. The primary focus is on troubleshooting, repairing, refurbishing, implementing mandatory modifications, and planning preventive and corrective maintenance for field equipment and tools in the workshop. This proactive approach aims to mitigate non-productive time related to assets and enhance overall field service delivery performance. The incumbent may also be required to attend client locations for tasks deemed necessary to support field operations.

　　DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (not listed in any particular order)

　　Has responsibility for providing "hands-on" technical support to the production, and repair of equipment and/or tools.

　　In shop environment, receives field tools, takes them apart, repairs and refurbishes tool to go back to the field using work instructions, manuals and following protocols.

　　Primarily activity is at workshop, troubleshooting, repairing, refurbishing, implementing mandatory modifications and executing and/or planning preventive and corrective maintenance of field equipment and tools, helping to mitigate assets related non-productive time and improve overall field service delivery performance.

　　He/she may be required to attend a client location to perform his/her duties whenever an R&M task is deemed necessary to carry over a field operation.

　　Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions

　　Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford

　　Qualifications

　　3-6 years of expertise in Rod Pump Operations

　　Preference for experience in a Supervisor role

　　Preferred background in oilfield operations with a focus on workshop setting

　　General computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

　　Mechanically inclined with proficient use of relevant tools

　　Knowledge of Crane and Forklift operation within a workshop
