Flexibility and Variety: Nurses in the CRP enjoy the flexibility of being assigned to different units based on unit need, allowing them to experience a wide range of clinical settings and patient populations. This variety keeps the work engaging and stimulating, making it ideal for nurses who thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Specialized Focus Areas: There are three different focus clusters in the CRP. Cluster A is assigned primarily to the children’s units and some medical/surgical units, Cluster B is assigned to the medical/surgical units, and Cluster C is assigned to critical care and medical/surgical units. All floats have the option to train in the emergency department.

Team Collaboration: As part of the CRP, nurses collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across various units, fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork. This collaborative approach enhances patient care delivery and creates a supportive work environment where nurses can learn from each other and grow together.
